Our current sourcing process includes reviewing batch-specific Certificates of Analysis and third-party laboratory testing arranged by our suppliers. This analytical documentation forms an important part of how we assess the batches and suppliers we work with.
As part of the continued development of our quality programme, our roadmap includes introducing additional independent testing through UK laboratories on selected batches. This is intended to compliment the third party lab testing already undertaken, adding a further independently commissioned layer of analytical information and increasing the level of information available to our customers.
